Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced female Retention Manager with a background in sales, managerial expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of retaining clients, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve retention goals.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates.

2) Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention efforts.

3) Lead a team of retention specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve retention targets.

4) Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectives.

5) Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

6) Establish and maintain relationships with key clients to address their needs and concerns.

7) Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

8) Prepare reports and presentations to communicate retention performance to senior management.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2) Minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on retention.

3) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention targets.

4) Strong leadership and managerial skills.

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

7) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

8) Familiarity with insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

1) Experience managing a diverse team.

2) Certifications in sales or insurance management.

3) Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and tools.
