Retails & Channel Sales Role - Paint (3-9 yrs)
Profile required -
1. Exp of 3 -7 years
2. Local geography knowledge
3. Preferably from Paint Industry
4. Alternate industry - cement/ building material/waterproofing / construction chemical/ electrical/ tiles
5. Pl do not send candidates who are working in off role position and limited experience
6. Headquarter - Amravati / Akola
7. Age - below 35 years.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted value & volume sales target of the assigned territory.
- Responsible to control outstanding/ over dues by vigilantly monitoring the dealers.
- To nurture existing dealers to increase our market share
- Responsible for channel expansion and build pipeline prospects for achieving sustainable business growth consistently.
- To build brand awareness through various demand generation activities.
- To successfully implement various sales promotions & schemes initiated by HO in the respective territory.
- To report competition activities, functional report timely.
