Retail Store Manager - Sales - Textile (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated store manager for our client. This is a vivid collection of trendy clothing one stop fashion hub. This is very popular for providing suitable clothing collection in budget.

As a store manager, you are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

Responsibilities:

- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.

- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability

- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff

- Create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base.

- Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so

- Ensure customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

- Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.

- Maintaining statistical and financial records

- Managing budgets

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

- Preparing promotional materials and displays

- Liaising with head office

- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers

- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Qualification:

- Proven 2 years experience as a retail store manager/in relevant field

- Powerful leading skills and business orientation

- Strong Customer management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer knowledge
