Retail Store Manager - Sales - Electronics/Mobile/Telecom (5-10 yrs)
- Require Store Manager for Apple store iDelta
- Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
- Timely opening of Store and adherence to all the processes at store opening
- Retail Store Manager is responsible to achieve sales target for all products
- Motivating the sales team to meets sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including explaining product features and benefits, pricing, warranties and delivery option
- Maintain accurate client data-base information
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
