Retail Store Manager - Sales - Electronic Gadgets (2-8 yrs)
We are hiring Store Manager (Immediate Joiners) for our client in Mumbai.
About our client:
They offers complete range of Electronic Gadgets (Smart phones, Mobiles, Laptops, Computers, etc,.) together with a large number of accessories and software's. They are leading Premium Reseller for few brands in India. Through their 70 retail stores and 12 service center's.
Job Description:
We are hiring "Store Managers", who can take charge of entire stores and the employees that work within, also responsible for general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget or sales goals.
Salary: Min : 3L to 4L
Reporting To: Manager
Roles & Responsibilities : -
- Smooth and effective functioning of the store.
- Managing the assets of the store.
- Customer Service.
- Time Management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting.
Leadership Skills: Should have confidence and make hard decisions.
- Managing employees, their leave and salary record.
- Employee and production training.
Experience and Essential Qualifications:-
- Graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Should have 4+ Years of experience in relevant or similar industry.
