Job Overview :
- We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Zudio. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store in Nashik Division, Maharashtra, India. You will be in charge of managing a team and ensuring the store meets its sales targets. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role
Mid-Level : 4 to 6 years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of retail operations and management principles
- Ability to train and motivate a team
- Experience in fashion store management and retail sales
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in MS Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems
