Retail Sales Role - Manufacturing Firm (0-2 yrs)

- We are looking to hire Retail Sales Representatives for our Client, a leading 2- wheeler and 3-wheeler automotive manufacturer in India. The duration of employment will be for 2 years, on an annual contract basis, with attractive employee statutory and general benefits. (please read in the compensation benefits section)

- Our client has a Genuine Parts (Accessory) business called Authorized Parts Business. The role of the Sales Executive is to create a demand for the accessories and spare parts businesses. Examples of these accessories are Foot mats, Glove box, foot rest, Crash guards, rider safety gear like helmets. Examples of genuine products are : Engine Oil - This Oil lubricates the engine, gives higher durability to the geared vehicles and smooth clutch operation. Genuine Parts include : Tyres, handle bars, shock absorbers, break paddler, fuel filters, carburettor, signal lamp, clutch cable and many more.

Business Structure :

- Our client Sells its Genuine Parts Stockists in different regions. Stockists in turn supply to retailers in various districts. Retailers send to end customers.

Job Description of the Retail Sales Representative :

- Responsible for retail sales of our customers genuine parts and accessories

- Collect market feedback from retailers on product, pricing & schemes

- Customer Complaints resolution

- Systematic coverage of territory beat/journey map, dealers, Private Garage

Mechanics :

- Build and sustain business relationship with retailers

- Coordinate with stockiest to ensure retailer order service levels

- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews with stockists

- Provide qualitative feedback about the stockists manpower performance

- Check inter territory sale

Qualification :

1. Graduation - Engg. , Diploma Mech/Automobile, B.com, B.Sc, MBA. Should have studied Maths till 12th Std. (Since role requires calculations - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and Percentages)

2. Freshers and up to 2 years may apply.

3. Should have Two Wheeler.

4. Driving License

5. Smart Phone (Android) since the role will require them to capture data on a Stockist Management System App.

6. Willing to Travel - 5 days field job (Within City, Day travel to nearby outstation and a few outstation travel) - Will be covering nearly districts. 6th day will be based in hub/HQ location for review with stockists

7. Basic computer skills - mails, Excel sheet

8. Local Language

9. Graduation from recognized university

10. Adhaar Card

Reporting :

1. Reporting: Territory Sales Representative - TSRs Report to the Sales Heads

Joining :

1. Should be available for immediate Joining in September 2018 or at the earliest. Will go through Training for up to 2 weeks, Joint market .
