Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry selections.
- Provide product knowledge and information about materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
- Assist customers with trying on jewelry and provide styling advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including display cases, shelves, and merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
