We are hiring for an upcoming e-commerce startup. The employee should be able to search, select, communicate and establish leads.

The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

- Communication in all local/native languages is an added advantage.

- Convincing and educating retailers about our benefit plans

- Seeking collaborations from local retailers, MSMEs in your own localities

- Hiring delivery associates from your own localities who are looking for employment

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.

- Managing the point-of-sale processes.

- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.

- Staying up to date on products, local markets and trends.

- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high caliber sales talent to ensure service excellence.

- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budgets and targets.

- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.

- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.

- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed.
- Ensuring the use of proper use databases and tools to track performance.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

- Driving monthly /quarterly sales objectives and providing sales forecasts.

- Planning and implementing integrated CRM initiatives to deliver business objectives.

- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.

- Ensuring the correctness of retailers' data and driving any data cleansing activities.

- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.

- Acting as the main internal contact person for requests/issues pertaining to CRM.

- Organizing data and generating deep retailer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.

- Supporting the sales team's key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.

- Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.

- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.

- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.

- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

- Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.

Ideal Candidate :

Key Competencies :

- You have at least 1 years' experience in a Retail Sales, Sales Operations / Support or CRM Manager role, ideally within the eCommerce industry.

- Experience within Area Sales, CRM, Travel Retail and National Sales would be a strong advantage.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You pay great attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
