Brief:

- Designation - Retail Sales Consultant

- Gender - Male / Female

- Experience - Min. 6 months in any customer service role or Fresher with a go-getter attitude

- Age - Min.18 upto 28 years

- No of working days - 06

- Working Timings 10 Hrs shift (Last shift ends at 10 PM)

- Week Off 1 ( Between Monday to Thursday)

- Compulsory Working on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

- Language - English & Hindi (Verbal & written)

Job Description:

- Candidate would be responsible for providing sales and services to the walk-in customers.

- Would be responsible for stock management / Merchandising / Replenishment

- Would be arranging goods in their respective places accordingly.

- Greet the Customers & approach them by offering help & suggestions to them.

- Serve the customers in a polite way.

- Offer extra sales to increase the basket size & turnover.

- Be updated on Trends, Fashion & Products.

- Give time to time feedback to Brand Manager about customer needs & desired styles.

- Would be handling Cash Management & Stock Management.

- Would be responsible for Sales Target Achievement.

- Would be responsible for Visual Merchandising.

- Candidate would be handling Operations of the entire store.

- There will be no week-off on Saturday and Sunday, it will be between Monday to Friday.

- Candidates must be flexible regarding job time / days.

- Count the money when you take the cash box and ensure enough coins, collect money from the customers and cash up at the end of the day

- Take the responsibility for your cash balance.

- Execute cleanliness at the cash point and filling-up of bags, gimmicks etc.

- Ensure that your shop always looks the best by taking care of cleanliness in all areas, atmosphere and replenishment.
