Retail Sales Associate - Furniture Showroom
- Greet the customers at the store offering a warm welcome
- Build a rapport with the customers at the furniture showroom and understand the requirements of the customer w.r.t the furniture they are looking to purchase
- Provide information of the products and services to the visitors and customers
- Provide product information to the customers for the items they are interested in
- Help the customers make a purchase decision
- Cross-sell and up-sell products based on the interest and preferences of the customers
- Follow up with customers after in-store visits
- Facilitate complete sales cycle from the customer walk-ins to facilitating the delivery of the products at the customer location
- Communicate with the customers to offer pre-sales and post-sales support
- Compulsory languages: English (Speak, Read, Write) and Kannada (Speak)
