Retail Merchandiser (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Creating allocation plan before each season based on season buying and partner profiling.
- Prepare Weekly Store-drop allocations in accordance with the season's allocation plan and send to allocators for system execution.
- Coordinating and following up with the stores on specific requirements & making sure that they are provided appropriate stock at the right time.
- Analyzing weekly reports and re-align future allocations.
- Regular interaction with Store/Floor managers, ASMs/RSMs to ensure that the right stock is there are the floor all the time.
- To be completely responsible for stock right from Allocation to ensuring the product reaches the shop floor on time.
- To ensure timely pull backs at the end of the season.
- Follow-up on stock rotation/stock reports and take action on it.
- Follow up with the supply chain team on dispatches & deliveries.
- Feedback to the buyer about styles performance, competition, quality, customer requirements, etc.
- Liaison with the retail planner for the next season's plans.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industry

Experience of Retail Merchandising.
