Retail Digit is a fast-growing software company that specializes in developing technology solutions for businesses.

- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and revenue for our software product through arranging meetings and pitching to potential clients

Responsibilities :

- Connecting with potential clients and pitch Retail Digit software product

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Generate sales leads and close sales

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns

- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software products

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Training and Compensation :

The selected candidate will undergo a 6-days paid training period, during which they will be expected to sell at least one product(worth 8k). Only upon completion, the candidate will receive stipend of 3k. Based on the candidate's performance, they will be promoted to the position of Business Development Executive with a total salary of 5 LPA (3LPA basic + 2LPA variables). The role offers the flexibility of a work from home environment (Remote) and a 6-day workweek, along with phone bill, WIFI and fuel expense reimbursement.

Salary :

Compensation for this position will be INR 5,00,000 per annum, with INR 3,00,000 fixed and INR 2,00,000 variable.
