Resilinc - Product Manager (6-13 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Be able to define user journeys for a product
2. Be able to wireframe user journeys using interface designs
3. Be able to work with UX/UI team to define the user experience and interface design
4. Be able to create and own Product Requirement Documents
5. Work with Engineering team to get the requirements developed within time and budget
6. Strong interpersonal skills and work with various teams.
7. Be able to explain the product features to customers, internal support functions and other key stakeholders to help them understand the product features
8. Actively participate in the various customer feedback session.
9. Manage day to day operations within the product management life cycle
Functional Knowledge :
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being able to speak comprehensively with customers and CXOs.
2. Domain knowledge of supply chain - preferable
3. Hands on experience using wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Adobe XD, Sketch etc.
4. Hands on experience on usage analytics such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel, Piwik etc.
5. Good experience of using MS Excel including Macros/VBA (Preferable)
