Resident Director/Branch Head - Sales - Executive Search Firm (11-21 yrs)
As an RD:
1. You will drive the growth of the Bangalore Branch.
2. Your responsibilities will largely revolve around acquiring new clients and building key accounts
3. You will be responsible for managing and guiding your team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery on mandates
4. You will be responsible for acquiring talent for your Practice based on the business needs
5. All our leaders are - hands-on- . If needed, you might need to get involved in the execution of critical and high-value mandates
6. Knowledge is king in this role. You will be responsible for keeping yourself updated with the trends and happenings in the particular industry including important senior-level changes and moves in the industry
Our ideal candidate must have:
1. A strong understanding and expertise of either the BFSI or Engineering /Manufacturing sector or any other sector.
2. Solid experience doing business development and client acquisition. This person should be deeply passionate about selling our services to clients
3. Discipline and structure with sharp attention to detail
4. Experience of managing and motivating a team to perform
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes and performance
6. Business orientation and P&L management experience is a bonus
