Reseller Manager - Beauty & Personal Care Space (2-7 yrs)
Who Are We Looking For:
Reseller manager who will acquire, manage and perform sales in the beauty & personal care space
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Onboard resellers: Identify, Shortlist, build database for potential resellers and interview, shortlist and train them successfully onto reseller community
- Manage resellers
- Drive Sales
- Ensure Resellers earn high value in commissions
- Preferred : Coming from beauty & personal care category have in depth knowledge of understanding Beauty, skincare and personal care space
- High sensitivity towards selling and promoting personal care products
- Thorough communication skills in English, Hindi or regional languages
Day to Day operations: MIS, Reconciliation, Training, Incentive and Commission distribution
Qualification :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ Years of experience in Reseller's management.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to execute and optimize sales
- Target driven with a startup mindset.
- Should have an existing pool of resellers (1000+)
Preferred :
- Companies from meesho, shop101, glowroad
- Coming from beauty & personal care category Or understanding of beauty & personal care
- High sensitivity towards selling and promoting personal care products
- Thorough communication skills in English, Hindi or regional languages
