Shift Time 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift - Pick-up and Drop provided)

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calling medical Physician in US explain them about our product or services.
- Convince them to complete the Survey about the product and services discussed.
- Cold calling, Follow-up in completing the Survey.
- Build and Maintain good rapport with respondents.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
- Minimum 6 months of work experiences in Call Center.
- Out bound, Inbound, Tele Calling, Tele Sales experience in must.
- Ability to get past the gatekeeper.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable to work in US shift time.
