Profile :
Senior Manager - Marketing, takes ownership of all marketing and brand communication functions of Requis Tech. S/he conceptualizes social media, offline activities, print and digital campaigns with a focus on improving month-on-month.
Immediate joiners with current location Gurgaon preferred
Responsibilities :
- Run digital and offline campaigns to ensure targets in a month is achieved
- Run digital and offline campaigns to ensure high customer retention
- Coordinate with merchandising to get key products and categories to promote
- Coordinate with data analytics in core strategy to understand performance on different customer segments. Create and lead focussed marketing campaigns to help to merchandise achieve PnL targets
- Coordinate with Technology to understand user flow
- Coordinate with Technology to help build overall tech roadmap aligned to marketing requirements
- Stay connected to customers to understand the core pitfalls and customer requirements
