Repup - Key Accounts Executive/Client Servicing (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a young and dynamic person with excellent communication skills. The major role is relationship building and retention of our clients.
- Looking after sales for maintaining service level, enhancing business growth and retention
- Providing support to the sales team post sales and ensuring the achievement of the defined targets
- Should be able to manage and grow key account relationships
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of active and qualified accounts for the company.
- Mostly should be responsible for after sales support
- Conducting the product demo/training sessions
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients and do regular follow-ups through mails, emailers, call.
- Generation of weekly and monthly reports
Other Skills :
- 1+ year of sales experience required
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Should have pleasing personality
