RepUp - Associate/Specialist - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
- Develop deep knowledge of the Repup software
- Be a helping hand of Customer Success Specialists
- Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through email and chat.
- Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of tools within Repup
- Diagnose software issues and engage with our product and engineering teams using established processes
- Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes.
Exp and background :
- Recent graduates willingness to work with a startup and flexible with assigned work responsibilities
- Acad score above 70%
- Must be good with MS office
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Female candidates are preferred.
