We are looking for a new sparkling addition to our Bangalore-based, Business Development Executive team. You are a driven person who loves to sell. You have an insane drive and you sparkle with your positive energy. Supporting the Account Executive, your one-and-only goal is to via phone and e-mail book as many meetings as you can. This is the perfect role for the Sales Enthusiast, and you have no troubles with making 50+ calls per day.

What will I be doing :

- As Business Development Executive (BDE) with Replicon, you are responsible for identifying and prospecting new prospects.

- You are independent and you have a go get them attitude. To your advantage, you will work closely with experienced sales colleagues who are excited to help you grow.

- Be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction with potential customers

- Scheduling and taking responsibility for all initial discovery calls and arranging live demonstrations where appropriate

- Understanding the features and functionality of our platform and be able to convey its value to potential customers

- Maintaining a clean and accurate record of account information within a CRM system

What skills do I need :

- 3-4 years software or product selling is a plus in a B2B environment

- A college degree/graduation is a must

- A demonstrated passion for sales, business or delivering an exceptional service

- Self-motivation, energy, high attention to detail and ability to multitask

- An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with change in a rapidly growing organisation are a must

- Must be comfortable working with others and in a team environment

- Excellent communication skills; you must be comfortable engaging with a variety of different people, identifying their needs, conveying our value, handling any objections and collecting the vital information that allows us to perform at our best

- Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results

- Demonstrate good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions

- Enjoys the challenge delivering on monthly and quarterly targets
