Repherrals Software Solutions - Manager - Sales - IT Consulting Segment (6-12 yrs)
This is a leadership position with quotas for volume and revenue. Sales Manager candidate must have excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers. While the team may work from a script, guiding telesales account managers to also have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers. They must represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
- Meeting aggressive quotas including sales volumes and number of calls per day, per week and month.
- Leading the account managers team to generate and qualify leads from cold calling.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by account managers.
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing.
- Meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with goals.
- Creating and updating activity reports.
- Working to engage the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going.
- Building relationships with existing clients by taking feedback calls and understanding improvements.
- Work with the marketing team to prepare the marketing presentations.
- Leadership skills.
- Must be able to identify key players in the team.
- Must be able to carry at least $1.2 Million of quota and devise an execution plan.
