Renewbuy - Executive - Event Management (1-3 yrs)
- End to end planning & execution of small & big scale events
- Coordinating, negotiating, and resourcing vendors for event planning & execution.
- Optimization of Resources through Cost Reduction Measures.
- Arrangement of necessary resources like sound, lights, AV arrangement from vendors.
- Making necessary arrangement for transport facility, courier as and when required for the event.
- MICE Expert
- Travelling to the Events to ensure proper execution as and when required
- Executing & implementing channel-based communication (emailer, WhatsApp /SMS, App notification Etc.) in a calendarized fashion via Marketing tool
- Keeping track of Marketing campaigns (EMAIL, SMS, NOTIFICATION OR WHATSAPP based) and create reports and share insights
- Drive engagement of advisor channels through BTL events and other campaigns
- Regular tweaking campaigns to achieve the desired outcome from the communication
- Maintain relationships with vendors & partners
- Collaborate with team in preparing communication plan and monitoring expenses
