Rendered Ideas Softgame - Executive - Technical Support (1-2 yrs)
We are hiring for Customer Support (chat support/ email support/ non voice) Process.
Work Location : Mira Road Mumbai. Candidate ready to travel to Mira road only apply. No work from home.
3 months contract which will be extended after evaluating performace. Salary 25k per month
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Will be responsible for responding back to feedback/ Emails/ Queries received by Users on Website and Google play.
- Should be well versed with new softwares, technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Should have basic knowledge about Word, excel.
- Non Voice process. No calls no lead generation.
- Helping developer team with marketing setup
