Position : Manager - Branding & Marketing

Responsibilities :
- Manage brand building and engagement initiatives
- Conceptualize and implement ATL/BTL initiatives towards brand building
- Manage day-to-day activities associated to related marketing efforts, including creative development, cross-functional implementation and campaign tracking
- Interface between agencies, strategic partners & vendors
- Analyse and forecast data on monthly basis
- Handling Creative agency for Brand Promotions, provide brief to Creative Agency and other vendors for the Ads & other activity
- Take quote from Different Vendors and Negotiate with them for the Best Deal
- Keep track of the marketing intelligence, real estate industry news and updates
- Monitor & Review all the Marketing Activity and Results
- Support the sales staff with the marketing collaterals
- Coordinate with the associated creative agency, PR agency and vendor for execution of the marketing collaterals & process
- Handle Exhibitions, Trade fair & Events for brand enhancement as well as for increasing the number of sales
