JD : Cofounder & Head of Sales

Agenda : To have someone come from an ownership mindset, mandate & manifestation.

Education : No bar, but preferably some good post graduate in travel, tourism, events, or allied space.

Industry : Travel, Tourism, Events management, wealth management, bespoke celeb hospitality, et-al.

Function : National/Global Sales Head, Business Head (Sales), CMO, President (Key Accounts), etc.

Exposure : Client-side, Core Sales Management, of at least 7 years, plus operational experience.

Segment : Luxury super-creamy segment - dealing only at the HNI, UHNI, and SUHNI layers.

Category : Luxury Inbound Tourism, Bespoke social events, Custom-designed corporate MICE, Big-fat destination weddings, and other tangent super-luxury excursions.

Location : Preferably Mumbai, but very serious and committed guys, open to any locations.

Company : ReMint is an IITD supported Technology enterprise, exploring the Luxury train charter service, available as part of its Consulting mandate. As part of a global growth strategy, it's exploring right creators, who are equally poised to create their own destinies, while building a billion-dollar enterprise.

Division : Create a market for Bespoke Train charter service in the luxury & super luxury segment

Given : Supply side, 10 luxury trains, with more on anvil.

To do : Generate Demand, starting with the Super Luxury, till the higher end of Mid-market.

Ask : Very high impact guy, having clearly erected businesses in super challenging environment, live very low bandwidth, super steep pressure, pressing pungent deadlines, and thrives in doing unheardly exclusive work in the industry. The individual is a big-time cracker of deals, partners and teams, and can motivate to achieve the impossible, by leveraging his network, sales, and management skills.

Give : A direct ownership in the enterprise, starting 15%, going to 40%, plus salaries as-you-go, plus holistic life-support till the extended family, an unfathomable depth of network, an extremely transformating persona at the end, the ability to create new enterprises out of it, and above all, supreme bliss in accomplishing the trite goals of life, Health, wealth & happiness.

Results : Sales, team creation, market-traction, revenues, profits, growth, and any & all plumbing he feels is required to create a $1BB enterprise by March 2023, by revenues, by his own ways and means, under the ambit of the spirit and letter of the law of the land.

Authority : Freedom to write cheques, hire people, make strategies, raise capital, expand geographies, design products, create innovations, disrupt markets, deal with governments, and whatever he things, he wants.

Skills : Sales, operations, BD, Management, Luxury markets, Brand, planning, team management, domain expertise, industry connects, strong alumni base, cracking confidence.

An Ideal 10/10 candidate would be someone who has spent 10+ years in bringing sales in Destination Weddings, of ticket sizes of upwards of 8-10 Cr.
