Role: Operations Support Executive

Role Purpose: To assist and guide Sellers / Buyers in resolving their queries/complaints through Cluster/ Sales teams respectively

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resolution to Seller/Buyer inquiry, requests, complaints and grievance received through various modes of communication (calls, emails, tickets, chat)

- Support internal teams (Cluster & Sales) regarding Seller/Buyer inquiry, requests, complaints and grievance and its resolution

- Liaison with Cross-functional teams for resolution of complaints and grievance within functional SLAs

- Drive reduction in supplier/ buyer contacts by eliminating the need and improving C-Sat

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process re-engineering/ changes and improve the overall experience of the suppliers/ buyers on the platform

Skills Required :

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Freshers and 2 to 3 years of experience
