Profile Description :

- Our mission is to support entrepreneurs by providing resources, expertise, and support to help showcase and deliver differentiated products to our customers. Supporting this selection requires an experienced, and entrepreneurial leader with a strong work ethic.

- We are looking for a talented, passionate and confident ABDM to lead seller acquisition for our suite of differentiated selection. The candidate will have the opportunity to set up SOPs, and onboard the first of the many sellers in the designated category. An understanding of, and passion for, creating an impact in the seller community is highly desired. Prior experience of working with government-related agencies will be preferred.

- This role will be a combination of business development, involving forming alliances with the partners and business program cum account management, driving the execution of the tasks identified in the plan

Key responsibilities :

- Seller Acquisition from the assigned region in designated crafts to build selection on Jio-mart platforms by adhering company policies & requirements for Handloom & handicrafts sellers.

- Implement sales best practices and SOPs into the business development framework. Partner with other teams (internal referrals) and External Partners to generate leads.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the specific category, seasonality, location-based selection.

- Seller management : Identify and lead Selling partnerships, manage large-mid size Sellers and enhance overall Seller experience with better self-service and reporting resources.

- Co-create Catalogue with the Sellers by enabling the right partner for imaging, cataloging, procurement & other business solutions to provide best customer experience.

- Managing relationships with local government authorities, cooperative societies & NGOs and participating in various events for representation & acquisition purposes.

- Establishing presence in core handicraft/handloom city and travel regularly to nearby cities to develop crafts-based cluster.

- Work with a sense of urgency to drive and deliver sales goals while maintaining a high quality of work.

Basic Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Vendor Management or Account Management

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

- Start-up environment, small & medium business, niche selection

- Experience exceeding sales targets

Preferred Qualifications :

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity

- Strong Pipeline management skills with experience using CRM tool

- Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel

- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
