Position:- JBA Sales Officer (JSO) ( Assistant Manager)
Job Responsibilities
1. Recruit and manage JioBusiness Associates (JBAs)
2. Ensure active participation of JBAs to achieve targets
3. Ensure completion of relevant trainings and certifications by JBAs
4. Maintain daily connect & engagement with JBAs
5. Provide support on queries, platforms and processes.
Skills and Competencies :
1. Familiarity with territory
2. Exposure to enterprise sales
3. Sound understanding of technology products & solutions
4. People management skills
5. Result orientation, relationship management & customer focus
6.Lead generation and cold calling .
Education : Graduation
Experience :
2 - 7 Years with at least 1 year of corporate sales experience
