Role : Relationship Trainee

- Initiate cold calls to leads and databases, converting them into sales.

- Promote management programs tailored to candidates' profiles.

- Maintain regular contact with candidates via meetings, calls, and emails.

- Organize and manage candidate database and records.

- Meet monthly targets consistently.

- Collaborate effectively as part of a sales team.

Skills Required :

- Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve goals.

- Passionate about sales.

Programme Highlights :

Eligibility Criteria :

- The applicant should have completed Graduation.

- Upto 27 years of age.

- 0 to 12 months of work experience in any field

- Fluency in local language

- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process

- The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion of Rupeek.
