Relationship Officer - Student Loan (3-4 yrs)
PREFERRED PROFILE :
- At least 3 years- experience in Student Loan OR Education Loan/Retail/SME Sales
- Graduate/ Post Graduate from a reputed institution
- Being a team player and the ability to appreciate other people's perspectives is absolutely essential
- Willingness and ability to travel within the city
- Good communication skills
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will prepare call plans prior to client visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Client Value Proposition.
- Making avenues for new & Existing School & colleges for tie ups
- Managing and facilitating the existing channel for new and better output of Business
- Training the counselors or the staff of the channels regarding product development
- Making presentations and organizing events in educational institutes
- Regular visits to the channel to ensuring sufficient leads generation
- Timely resolving queries or escalations pertaining to channels
