The Job :
As a Relationship Officer, your prime responsibility should build a good relationship with the Branch Managers and Team members of the Assigned Branches
Your responsibilities will include :
- Generate maximum leads from the branches assigned
- Bring leads to closure
- Generate maximum revenue
- Visit all the assigned branches assigned on a daily basis
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1-year experience within a Customer Success, Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the Recruitment Industry industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
