Relationship Officer - Sales - Loan (1-3 yrs)
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate a Business for Affordable Housing Loans, LAP and Other from Open Market
- Executing marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns in order to generate leads
- Build and maintain a relationship DSA, DST, Builders etc.
- Daily client meetings, updating client information in the app, and converting leads.
- Collecting the necessary customer documentation, such as the NOI and the KYC, preparing the paperwork and making sure all the other requirements are completed.
- Coordinating to complete procedures with the credit, legal, and technical teams
- Preparing the file for sanction
- Collaborating with BSM and locating the appropriate files.
- Make sure that all corporate rules, processes, and standards are followed to the letter, as well as any legal and governmental requirements.
- Keeping in touch with consumers, builders, and connectors
Desired Candidates Profile:
Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Minimum 1 to 5 Years of experience in Sales of affordable housing finance department
- Excellent expertise in selling financial products
- Knowledge of financial products rules and regulations
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
