Relationship Officer - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We're seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to join our dynamic Direct Channel Insurance Sales team. In this role, you'll connect directly with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend insurance solutions that provide peace of mind.
1. Senior Officer-2.2 LPA (Freshers or candidates with IMF/IM channel)
2. Associate Manager : 2.4 -2.8 LPA ( 6 Months of LI exp/ candidates with IMF/IM channel)
3. Deputy Manager : 3.4 -3.8 LPA (1 Year Experience in of LI exp )
What you'll do :
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through various channels.
- Conduct needs-based consultations to identify client's insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance products and benefits in a clear, concise manner.
- Close deals and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
