As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including individuals and corporate clients.

- Understand clients' financial goals, insurance needs, and risk profiles to provide appropriate product recommendations and financial solutions.

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by proactively promoting life insurance policies and related products.

- Conduct financial needs analysis and assess clients' current financial situations to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Proven experience in Life Insurance sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Sound knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning, and investment concepts.
