Selection Criteria :

1)Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory

2) Localite are preferred

3) Undergrads can be considered if candidate has 4 years of sales experience into BFSI domain

4) Previous / Current company Incentive proof documents are must

5) Also, candidates from NBFC can be considered, if they have good selling skills of loans

6) Candidates from Banking Sales & Loan selling experience is highly preferred

7) Home loan selling experience highly preferred

- Ensure the Fresh bounce collections.

Capabilities and competencies :

2. Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers.
