Position : Relationship Officer
Location : Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Jaipur
CTC : Up to 4 to 5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Description :
- Managing a team of financial advisors and hiring financial advisors
- Educating them about the company's numerous goods and investment plans with the support of seniors
- Cooperating with them and making plans with them at every stage to advance the company's business
- Visiting clients along with the team.
- Knowing the customer's needs and offering information about the product that will work best for them
- Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business
- Keeping an eye on important competition developments and ensuring information flow to the organization
- Evaluating the performance of each agent assigned and taking the necessary action if needed
Key Skills Required :
- Good leadership and people skills.
-Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Mini. 3 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Age should be between 23 to 40 Years
