Manager: Banca channel
Location : Panji, Margav
- Bancassurance Channel
Package : 20-25% hike given from your current CTC and experience (2.5 LPA - 4 LPA)
Age : Maximum 35
Education : Graduation
Experience :
- Minimum 1 year Life Insurance industry experience
Job Responsibilities For Banca Channel :
- Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 2-3 Bank Branches.
- Explaining product and service features to the customer
- Maintaining Relationships with customer and bank staff
- Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
- Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
- Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
- Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
- Build long term relationship with the bank staff
