- Urgently required Relationship Officer/Manager for Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales for one of leading
Product : All Types Of Loans(Secured/Unsecured Loans)
Current Opening : 1. Relationship Officers
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
- Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
- Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
- Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
- Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
- Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
Desired Candidates profile :
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Thorough understanding of Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
- The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 years.
- The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality
- Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills
