Relationship Officer/Manager - Sales - Housing Finance (1-4 yrs)
We look at consultants for hiring at RO/RM level who come at a CTC band of 1.8 - 3.25 lacs CTC per annum
People have to be preferably from HFC affordable segment background earning Incentives in current company
1. Develop and nurture relationship with local Builders / DSA /Connectors / Property Brokers.
2. Maintain at least 10 active Builders / DSA relationships per RO/RM in his team.
3. Every month - Login of minimum 6 files, Sanction of 4 files, Disbursal of 3 files per RO/RM in his team.
4. Ensure no FPD / SPD/TPD Cases.
5. Achievement of monthly assigned targets.
6. Attend all training related to Product and Policy and clear certifications on timely basis
7. Maintain proper Portfolio Quality i.e. no 90+ cases
8. Achievement of monthly assigned targets.
