Relationship officer - Branch Development/Field Sales - Bank (3-5 yrs)
- Acquire new Current and Saving accounts
- Open market CASA acquisition and target oriented role
-Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service
- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
- Track customer complaints / queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements
- Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products. Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products.
- Responsible to cross sell other bank products introduced and meeting business objectives
Qualification : Any degree with Good English communication skills + Hindi
Requirements :
- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Open Market and CASA
- CASA acquisition experience in south mumbai catchment area would be preferred
PREFERRED : Previously working in AXIS BANK / HDFC BANK / ICICI BANK etc..
