- Handled key HNI Customers of the bank, taking care of their Investments, Insurance, Managing Current and Savings account book and day to day servicing issues through customer service executives.

- Increased share of wallet through Liability and Wealth AUM through penetration, servicing and acquiring new to bank relationships.

- Managed Wealth, Asset allocation of the key clients of the bank.

- Cross selling of Personal Loans, Home Loans, Cards and Capital market products to the customers.

- Addressed client needs and built financial plans while striving to outperform and exceed prior profitability and revenues.

- Maintains an extensive and active network of business, personal and professional contacts from which business referrals and sales opportunities can be received directly or indirectly.

- Recognized opportunities for account growth then actualized the value proposition and ensured implementation across the platform.

- Provide prompt and efficient customer service while promoting the Bank's and Subsidiaries- products and services.

- Proactively promote, coordinate and deliver a full range of business products and service and screen for appropriate referral or relationship management opportunities.

- Provide friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional service and support to all parties involved in any aspect of the customer application.
