Relationship Manager - Telesales - Life Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Compensation/CTC Package:2.2L to 4 L CTC per annum + Heavy Incentives based Performance
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Cross-sell/Up-sell products.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Criteria Required :
- Age Limit 22 to 35 years.
- Experience of at least 8 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Local residents for some time Should have a natural market in that location.
