Relationship Manager - TASC Sales - Bank (4-8 yrs)

Designation: Relationship Manager -TASC

Location: Bangalore

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably within TASC domain

Industry: Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire key TASC customers of the market, Grow and nurture relationships with a portfolio of major clients

- Develop the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Show proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solutions

- Knowledge of related products and services such as Salary A/C, EDC/PoS machine, Fee Management Solutions, Door step banking, Payment Gateway and cash management services.

- Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML policy

- Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Fix any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Work as an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Develop regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Job Requirements :

Experience : 4-10 years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably within TASC domain

Relationship Building : Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Negotiation Skill : Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve win-win outcomes.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning client needs with company objectives.

Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

Leadership : Experience in leading and mentoring a team of account managers is a plus.

Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analysing sales data, market trends, and financial reports to inform strategic decisions.

Tech Savviness : Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Problem Solving : Strong critical thinking skills to identify and address challenges effectively.
