Relationship Manager - SME Banking (4-12 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving targets for new sales using leads from multiple sources (including own leads generated).

- Responsible for improving the number and quality of leads generation from multiple sources

- Managing SME customer relationships through pro-active and consultative sales and service approach and detailed understanding of existing customers and SME products

- Overseeing Sales and Service Officer(s) to analyze proposals, write up proposal notes and forwarding to Credit team.

- Supporting Group and Country leaders to grow SME business by, for example, participating in new product development, providing market and customer insights, participating in SME trade fairs, etc.

Requirements:

- Excellent sales and service skills

- Deep understanding of SME customer needs, products and services

- Strong networking skills

- Customer relationship management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of credit assessment, including analysis of financial statements
