Relationship Manager - SME - Automobile (8-10 yrs)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).

- To develop and monitor SME Auto Ancillary business in the South zone and give guidance to the team

Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)

- Source and develop proposals from Auto Ancillary sector in Southern India, through direct marketing.

- Build quality Auto Ancillary SME Asset portfolio in Southern India

- Suggest and work out customized solutions to the customer as per the needs & requirements.

- Coordinate for pre and post sanction process to ensure timely sanction of financial assistance and execution of legal documents and disbursement of the loan by liasoning with legal, compliance and operations team for reducing TAT

- Maintain the customer relations and monitor working of the company and payments.

- Partner with possible institutions/OEMs to help better serve our client requirement and get fresh business.

- Understand the client need & suggest new loan products to meet the requirements.

- Study competitors and do product benchmarking.

- Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.

- Identifying and developing channel partners for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably

- Monitor profitability of the portfolio by closely tracking the yield

- The end-to end management of Customer needs require lot of coordination effort, business development skills, understanding of the industry and structure loan products.

- Closer monitoring for recovery and customer retention.

- Market research activities and identify potential customers

- Understanding and Evaluation of Financials and basic credit checks

- Customers, Institutional partners, legal and accounts department
