Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager - Channel Sales - Financial Firm (2-10 yrs)

We are currently hiring for a RM, Sr. RM - Channel Sales (Business Partner Group) for Leading Financial Co.

Location: Delhi

Our client is a leading is a wealth management and distribution player, offering third party products like company deposits, mutual funds, insurance, structured products, alternate investments, property services and has a premier wealth management service arm to cater to HNI customers.

- Business Partner Group (BPG)- is a sub division under Wealth Management and caters to the Acquisition of suitable Channel Partners as well and managing relationships with them in order to grow the reach and volumes. It is engaged in providing a host of products & services to cater to the trading, investment & wealth creation needs of the retail, mass customer segments.

- The channel team is responsible for creating a robust BP and alternate channel network & increasing market penetration through them. The main challenges faced by this profile include identifying & retaining an effective fleet of Channel partners, achieving high ARPU (Average Revenue per Unit) & client satisfaction through them while ensuring thorough client documentation & compliances. The critical skill sets that this profile requires are a strong local network, an ability to interpret market trends, excellent influencing and negotiation skills, high customer & target orientation.

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager - Channel Sales will be responsible for creating a robust Channel Partner and alternate channel network & increasing market penetration through them.

- He will be also responsible for achieving sales, customers, profits & fee income targets through channel partners for his designated area.

- The major challenges to this profile include building and controlling channel sales, enhancing the market share
