Relationship Manager - Sales - Wedding Services/Event Management (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Train & manage the design team
- Supervising end to end design & delivery of an event and customer experience
- Own the sales results for the respective teams
- Conduct stringent review of each team member
- Help identify prospects & close them
- Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- 2+ Years managerial experience
- Design background preferable but not mandatory
- Multilingual is a bonus
Preferred Profiles : Event Decor Designer, Design Partner, Interior Designer, Design Lead, Wedding Event Planner
Must Have: Should be from wedding/events company
