Relationship Manager - Sales - Wedding Services (1-4 yrs)

This position is responsible to provide direct oversight and management to coordinators and telesales executives across regions and ensure 100 % lead conversion. S/ He is also responsible to expand into new markets and new locations, improve individual and team productivity, generate new potential clients and renewal of existing clients and manage overall P L accounts.

The following are the key deliverables :

- Co-ordinate with the team of regional telesales ensure 100% lead conversions are made.

- Responsible for recruiting talent as full time or free lancers, and ensure optimum leads are fed to their bucket.

- Work Closely with the Regional Managers, Customer Service Managers in regions to generate leads for conversion

- Also concentrating on outbound wedding business sourcing through tie ups with wedding halls, Hotels, greeting card printers etc. for the regions

- Wedding Photography targets/ Alliance photography targets to be met

- Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly

- Develop regular MIS reports on targets

- Lead internal review meetings for sales

- Handling client escalations resolving it within TAT.

- Smart, persuasive and presentable personality

- Confidence and Tenacity to pursue leads and secure deals.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadline.

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Ability to create new revenue streams.

- Create, develop, enhance, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Photography Services.

- Expert at coaching and leveraging key metrics, technology and integrated marketing strategies to increase productivity.

Educational Qualifications and experience required :

- Graduate and preferable post graduate from premier institute specializing in Marketing or Sales, with minimum of 1-4 years of relevant sales and business development experience across industries.
