Responsibilities:
- Train & manage the design team
- Supervising end to end design & delivery of an event, and customer experience
- Own the sales results for the respective teams
- Conduct stringent review of each team member
- Help identify prospects & close them
- Give constant feedback on what we can do to improve sales
Must Have: Candidate should be from a wedding / events company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- 2+ Years managerial experience
- Design background preferable but not mandatory
- Multilingual is a bonus.
